(Pacific Ethanol) produces and sells ethanol and its co-products, including wet distillers grain, and provides transportation, storage and delivery of ethanol through third-party service providers in the Western United States, primarily in California, Nevada, Arizona, Oregon, Colorado, Idaho and Washington. Pacific Ethanol’s customers are integrated oil companies and gasoline marketers. It supplies ethanol to its customers either from its own ethanol production facilities located within the regions it serves, or with ethanol procured in bulk from other producers.

MAP0004 is orally inhaled version of dihydroergotamine (DHE) to treat migraine.
Tuesday Morning Corporation (Tuesday Morning) is a closeout retailer of upscale home furnishings, housewares, gifts and related items in the United States. As of June 30, 2009, the Company operated 857 stores in 45 states. Tuesday Morning purchases brand name merchandise at closeout pricing, and in turn, sells it at prices below those generally charged by department stores, and specialty and catalog retailers. It does not sell seconds, irregulars, refurbished or factory rejects. The Company’s customers are predominantly women from middle to upper-income households.
